| В колдоговоре говорится, что каждый член экипажа имеет право отказаться от продолжения рейса в район повышенного риска, а репатриировать такого работника должна за свой счет судоходная компания. |
| Владелец судна Asphalt Seminole принял просьбу моряков во внимание и предоставил план списания членов экипажа, которые не захотели идти в Нигерию. |
| Все они по приходу в Антверпен получили полный расчет по заработной плате и за счет работодателя отправились домой. |
