Поиск путей по ротации экипажей
Как сообщает splash24/7, внутри Европейской комиссии проходит работа по поиску решения проблем связанных со сменной экипажей судов.
Первоначальные шаги Комиссии включают в себя разработку и утверждение руководящих принципов здравоохранения, организации транзита, а также возвращения моряков на родину. При этом ЕС просит государства члены руководствоваться указаниями комиссии.
ЕС также настоятельно рекомендует государствам, входящим в его состав согласовать и утвердить перечень портов, в которых ротации могут проходить без бюрократии и задержек.
Международные организации по защите прав моряков, приветствуют инициативу и решения Европейской комиссии и выразили одобрение ее работой.
