| Новые требования к смене моряков и их репатриации были введены морским властями Панамы. |
| На данный момент, согласно актуальному указу властей, по прибытии на территорию Панамы любой гражданин обязан предъявить результаты ПЦР-теста, проведенного не более чем за 48 часов до этого. |
| В страну можно въехать с отрицательным ответом без соблюдения ранее обязательной изоляции, но при этом необходимо следовать всем требованиям биобезопасности, установленным местным Министерством здравоохранения. |
| Если у человека, который хочет покинуть или прибыть в страну, нет результатов теста на руках, — его обяжут пройти экспресс-тест до регистрации в аэропорту. |
| Если результат экспресс-теста: |
| а) отрицательный — человек освобождается от изоляции; |
| б) положительный — человек должен обязательно пройти изоляцию в учреждении, указанном Министерством здравоохранения. На 7-й день пребывания на карантине такому лицу будет проведен повторный анализ. Если результат снова окажется положительным, то придется остаться в больнице еще на 14 дней. Изоляция прекращается при отрицательном ответе. |
| С 12 октября и до дальнейшего уведомления все судоходные компании и моряки должны соблюдать новые меры, установленные Министерством здравоохранения Панамы. |
